During consultations it is impossible to answer the phone or answer messages/emails. Therefore, always leave your details and I will contact you as soon as possible.

Cancellations
For an appointment I not only calculate time for your horse, but also for the route towards you.
If you are unable to attend, please notify at least 48 hours in advance so that I can help someone else and the itinerary can be adjusted accordingly.
If canceled later than 48 hours in advance, Equi 'n sync is forced to charge for the consultation/training session unless you can arrange a replacement yourself.
